The Calgary Association of Self Help is a Community Mental Health Centre. They help people with a mental illness get and stay well.
The Calgary Association of Self Help has been assisting people with a mental illness since 1973.
The Activities of Daily Living Program teaches skills in the areas of nutrition, budgeting and money management, cooking household management.
The Initiatives Program teaches skills in the areas of stress management, anger management, assertiveness and building self esteem.

Volunteering Opportunities:
Instruct or help to prepare and serve light meals, facilitate fun games and activities in the Resource Activity Centre, answer the phones and provide reception services, Tuck Shop sales and assist in the Recycling Program.
