Calgary Humane Society

     

The Calgary Humane Society provides a needed haven for injured and abandoned animals in the city of Calgary. Each year thousands of animals are cared for at the shelter, which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Society has a modern facility that houses its shelter, clinic and administrative offices. The Society operates as an independent non-profit organization supported by an infrastructure of strategic partnerships and alliances, and individual and corporate donations. The Society does not receive government funding.
